Development Services Whilst The ICON System has been developed by knowledgeable professionals with construction information management experience, the off-the-shelf system may not provide the complete solution you need. In these instances, we will work with clients to develop the right bespoke package. Firstly, we will implement the base system and configure it to be specific to a customer’s needs. If the configuration does not quite match the exact requirements, ICON will work with the client and develop the system to a specific brief to meet those needs. The ICON dedicated in-house development team work in partnership with our clients, to determine the right level of customisation or development required. They can also help the client decide an appropriate scope and budget for the project. In most cases, ICON products need very little customisation in order to fit in with existing processes and systems that clients have. In some situations, a requested development may be relevant to other users of the ICON system. In these instances, the development cost applicable would be covered by the annual licence fee. |
