Data Migration

Most organisations have a significant amounts of historical and current information in the form of CAD drawings, electronic specification documents, spreadsheets, databases or paper-based manuals. ICON’s team will review your data and bring all the correct information together in one place. Once the data is migrated into The ICON System, it can be controlled so that you can have confidence that all users have access to the same, correct information.

Design Standards

ICON’s team is expert in reviewing and re-structuring source information so that when it is migrated into the ICON System it is well ordered, contains no duplication or contradiction, is consistent in terms of presentation and is as comprehensive as it needs to be.

Properties & Projects

It is often feasible to automatically migrate data from other electronic sources directly into the ICON System. ICON’s team review the source data, then map it across to the proposed data structure. After an initial test, a live transfer is implemented and the source data / system is demised as The ICON System becomes the master.
